Hey mamas....

so my issues right now are two fold. I've got a raging sore throat (have had for days) and I my gums are super tender around my wisdom tooth that is coming in (not just teething sensitive... like possibly a bit infected sensitive).

Anyway, I have some colloidal silver, but I'm not sure what strength to use for a gargle... anyone? I've used it in the past for sore throats and it's always soooo soothing. I just haven't ever diluted it myself and don't know how much to use.

Any help would be awesome!

I've never diluted it. I'll ususally take a capful or two, gargle-gargle, and then swallow it right down. I've also droppered up into my nose for a sinus infection. Both times it worked like a charm.

Gargle with it as long as possible...there's a new process by which it is made that makes it all the more potent. Natures Sunshine sells it and they claim that if left on the infected area for 6 minutes, it will cure it. So, maybe do it 2-3 times for a couple minutes, then, yes, swallow it. The bottle says 3 tsp daily but for treating something like this, you can ramp it up...especially if it's not a homemade kind.

Also try to hold some of it under the tongue for a minute or two. Just like homeopathic tablets, supposedly it is absorbed there easier.
