My stomach is a mess. I know a lot of it is the c-section on Friday morning. I'm sure some of it is the emotional reaction to losing Aaron. But...this is just gross. The pain and such is bad enough, but I can't deal with the gas and all the rest of it (not going into detail - way TMI). I'm tired of having to go to the bathroom when I want to be lying down getting some rest. I'm tired of trying to keep track of what med does what (pain killers, anti-inflammatories, gas meds, etc.). I don't even like taking meds, but I need to sleep, and I can't with this much pain.

Just...please tell me it's not a stomach bug. If it's the c-section, I know it will start to clear up soon, but if it's the stomach bug that's going around, it could easily be a week...

And, can I just add that I'm going to cry for a week the next time ds2 says, "pick me up, mommy" and I have to say "I can't". ::

Oh my goodness mama, I'm so so sorry for your loss. I hadn't heard.

With all you've been through, it's no wonder that your body is acting strangely. And please, do allow yourself to cry for a week, or however long you feel like you need to. Grief follows a strange course and can make you feel crazy at times, but you'll get through this- I promise.

Oh Mama, I'm so so sorry
I would definitely think that with all that you've had to go through, major physical symptoms would not be unusual.
I hope things go as smoothly as possible for you, and it's not a bug.

I would guess that it is just your body's way of healing from all that it has been through this past week. Take care of yourself mama - we are all here for you if you need anything.

I am so sorry for your loss.

With everything you have been through, IMO it probably isn't a bug. Just get super extra plenty of rest and tons of water.

I am so sorry for your loss.

As for your physical pain, I think I was still in hospital four days after my C/S and I had pain for a long time.

I think because of your situation and everything that you are dealing with, it may take some time to heal physically.

mama. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

ITA that the post-C-section recovery can be hard, especially the first few days. I'm so sorry that on top of losing your precious son, your body needs healing too.
