I feel so

4 y/o DD had a stomach bug on Thanksgiving. She woke up yucky (diarrhea, fever, slept most of the day, slight vomitting) and went to bed feeling better and the next day she felt normal. She still has some loose stools, but it's not stopping her.

Saturday night I kept waking up with achyness in my bones and I went to the bathroom. I've had diarrhea and vomitting since then. My fever went away last night (Monday night) and the aches in my joints went away, but this stomach thing is still hanging around.

It's really gross, I feel really gross, I just want to sleep, I've lost 10 pounds since Saturday, the only thing I can keep down is water. I have the urge to poop and very little if nothing comes out. It reminds me of when I had to have a colonoscopy and cleanse out my insides.

Thankfully, my mil came an got the 3 kidlets so I can moan an poop in peace.

What can I do to help me? The chiropracter suggested Colloidal Silver, but I don't know how much to take or what brand. There is a health food store by dh's work so he can pick something up.
