I was wondering if the Trader Joe's brand of probiotics are good and are actually effective? Thanks!

I don't know but I was so surprised the Trader Joe's is owned by the same two guys who own Aldis.

So, I don't know....

What are the strains of bacteria in the probiotics? What's the bacteria count? What are you using them for? Does the bottle give a guarantee about viability?

I order all of my probiotics online because I've found better brands and often, better prices, than from a brick and mortar. I personally prefer live bacteria over freeze dried because they generally have a higher bacteria count. However, I use Culturelle, and it is freeze dried and widely considered an excellent probiotic.

I was wondering about this as well, particularly because they're not refrigerated.
I'm assuming that means it's freeze dried, then?
