Why am I unable to find y'all? I've been away for many months, but a series of events with my 22 month old has convinced me I have got to do more to help my baby heal.
I'm ready to do what I need to do... but where are my teammates?
DS has a diagnosed allergy to:
Where can I find an exhaustive list of citrus foods? I think I remember reading that tomatoes are included? And berries? And cantelope and pineapple?
I'm pulling all the stops out. The fact that he
a) seems to be allergic to something else (shellfish... is a scallop a shellfish?) and
b) has an allergy that comes and goes based on his stress and maybe nutrition at the time (see link below) combined with my pent up frustration with
c) a recurring yeast rash in groin and neck that comes and goes as it pleases
has me feeling like I have GOT to do something more than I've been doing.
I am ready to pull out the stops! Get out the probiotics! Make the broth! Push the (soy/coconut) yogurt! Read more about nutrition!
