Another thread got me thinking about this. DS is 15 months. Is there a certain age he should get it by or ideally be a certain age to get it?

over 6 months, under 15.

DD got it when she was 2 1/2 and it was a perfect age for us. Still breastfeeding and easily distractable (is that a word), so she didnt scratch. If its around you now and you have the chance to expose him - DO IT!

15 mo. is good. But he may not get it. We exposed my two grandchildren (2 and 4) twice lately and they never showed any symptoms. Does not mean they didn't build immunity of course.
