I've been taking Natural Calm for a few days and today I noticed I was having a lot of "head rushes" like I get when my BP is low. I stand up and things just seem black for a few seconds but then gets better.

I went to give blood and my blood pressure was like 85/60, which is pretty low. Usually it's like 105-110/60. Could the Natural Calm be making it low?

Is this the stuff you're taking?

Looks like the active ingredient is magnesium citrate. Yes, magnesium can lower your blood pressure. If you're starting to feel like it's too low, I'd back off on the supplement for a little while and see if it gets better.
