I will be 42 weeks tomorrow, dilated to 3 and 60% effaced. Trying to naturally induce, so I don't have to go in for Cervidil tomorrow night.

I have caulophyllum and cimicifuga (6c) pellets. Does anyone know the proper dosage??

Also, is it worth doing at this point or should I just do castor oil?

I should also add that I drank senna tea and ate a lot of Panda black licorice last night, which has given me several loose BMs this morning (sorry TMI). I've been having contractions on and off for the last 2 weeks, but they never get organized.

Thanks in advance!!

I'm assuming the pellets are blue and black cohosh? I took it in tincture form with dd, can't remember how much though. It was with water or rrl tea. Nasty stuff though. What are the teas? I've never heard of them. Or using licorice.

I'd try nipple stimulation. I've been pumping once a day for a week or so (because of low supply/IGT w/DS) and it does get contractions going. If you google it you'll see recommendations.
