I don't care for much at all. BUT..........I did just have some apple & it was good!!!! I think iced tea might be good.
my trouble comes "after" I eat or drink anything. I feel so ick & unsettled after I take in anything.

Peanut butter. I had it twice today, once at breakfast with some seeded flatbread crackers, and then for a snack tonight with pretzels. I think I've had peanut butter every day since I found out I was pregnant.

Well, I was only craving chocolate cake. Which we have the fixings for.

However, now, I want:
Papa Johns
Pickles
Mexican
Spicy food
Eggs
Peanut Butter
Baked Potato

... You guys suck. In a good way! *note to self: Stay off this thread!*

ETA: Now I really really want papa johns. But we live in the sticks. There is no papa johns within twenty minutes. And I don't have a car. *whine*

We are leaving town for a week for my SIL's wedding, so we have next to no food in the house...

So for dinner last night, DH walked me through the grocery store listing off foods to try and figure out what I wanted for dinner. Cuz I didn't want anything. Ended up with corn dogs, chicken strips and a yummy cantalope.

Today, I've had yoghurt and a not quite ripe enough banana. I've been indulging in peanut butter, which is my pg comfort food. No wonder! Today, I got my two lines.

I've gone back to mashed potatoes as the thing I can eat even while not wanting anything at all or feeling too nauseous for anything to seem remotely appetizing. Yay for whoever invented mashed potatoes.

OMG!

I had Dickies(bbq) today. IT was AMAZING. I'm not eating meat right now...ewwww.

But I did eat:

Mac/cheese
dill potatoe salad
green beans
fried okra
pickles/onion/hot pepper
3/4 unsweet tea with 1/4 sweet
and I topped it off with vanilla soft serve w/ a touch of chocolate syrup

MMMM MMMMM MMMMM MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

WHAT IS IT WITH VANILLA SOFT SERVE WHILE PG???? I can't get enough of it. It's not even my first choice when picking out icecream, not pg.

NOTHING I just hit the six week mark and I feel like crap! Even my high protein foods are making me wretch. I pray that this is not the beginning of HG. The kids have been eating fast food all week because I cant even go into the kitchen. It was like I was feeling ok then all of a sudden I feel like total crap. Everything smells and makes me wretch. Ok off my pity party for now!

I am the exact opposite of the PP--today, EVERYTHING is good. I would seriously be eating non-stop if I could. It started last night when I was shopping with my husband for supplies to work on the yard and I had to have a veggie burger from my favorite local restaurant RIGHT THAT MINUTE. He took me there, thankfully, and I inhaled that veggie burger and could have easily had another one--and they're HUGE, like half-pound burgers.

Today, I packed my lunch to eat with my co-workers, but then I only made it to 11:30 before I ran up to the cafeteria and got a big pile of beef and noodles. It just sounded SO GOOD. I'll eat the packed lunch tomorrow, I guess.

Right now I'm trying to talk myself out of walking down to the cupcake bakery and bringing one back. The little devil on my shoulder says "If you walk there, it's EXERCISE!"

Today I am sooo hungry for spaghetti with homemade meatsauce ad garlic bread. I've got to have it for dinner! Oh yeah, and lemonade...ALWAYS lemonade!

I drive my DH nuts! He's a SAHD and is in charge of meal planning, shopping, and cooking. I'm always throwing a wrench into his plans. Not intentionally , I swear. I just get very strong aversions and very strong cravings. Some times the cravings turn to aversions just before I'm about to eat it. That really drives him nuts!

And the smell of something he's about to eat OFTEN makes me want to throw up. He has to stay far away and open the windows. I'm glad he's so understanding!

it's amazing - i've been on this effortless health kick; it's just what my body is wanting. i'm basically eating all day long. (almost everything is organic.)

B(reakfast): grapefruit
S(nacks): steamed whole milk w/caramel sauce
L(unch): salad (mixed greens, raw corn, grated carrots, sliced fiji apple, sliced marinated tofu, lemon juice, olive oil)
S: 1/2 coke zero, a few salt & vinegar kettle chips, vitamin water, 4 vegie breakfast links, water with lemon
D(inner): polenta, 1 egg over medium, smoked gouda
S: raw almonds, hot cocoa (unsweetened cocoa, a bit of raw agave, a bit of almond milk), cherry tomatoes, fresh mango, ginger chews, frozen banana-strawberry-almond milk smoothie, herbal tea

i feel great! there were a few days of feeling very icky & nauseous but it has passed. i dunno if it's away for good or if i'm keeping it @ bay by eating all day long + practicing yoga in the a.m. but i'm grateful for it.

xo,
a

Ahhh all I can eat are carbs. So far today I've eaten a bagel and applesauce. Nothing else is appetizing. Last night I had avocado rolls which were good, maybe it was the ginger. DS brought me home 2 but I went back to the sushi place and bought myself 2 more so I did just eat one of those.

Last 2 days all I have been able to keep down without discomfort is cheese pizza. I had some teriyaki and veggies for lunch yesterday and that was a mistake. The kicker is that I don't normally like cheese pizza or cheese much at all.

Ugggg....I'm starving, but so sick, it is so not working.

I've already thrown up three times today. >.<

The worst part is, my morning sickness started on Thursday, when I traveled to Chicago for my DH's sister's wedding. Flying back on Monday, I got to vomit on the plane. \o/ It was so enjoyable!

Ugh... I can't read this thread. Y'all's picks all make me want to throw up.

Earlier, I really wanted cornmeal pancakes and bacon. I still kind of do, but only when I'm lying flat on my back. Any uprightness and the nausea gets me.

I can't get the husband to cook it for me, either, because he's grumpy due to extreme lack of sleep.
