I have been drinking infusions since I was about 10 weeks. I would have drank it right from the beginning, but I was so sick I really only drank water with lemonade.
Susun Weed, an herbalist I greatly respect, recommends infusions throughout your entire pregnancy.

As long as there's no history of miscarraige, I think it's safe to drink right away. 12 weeks would be on the safe side. I've started drinking it already too, but not all the time.

I started drinking just 1 cup a day a couple weeks ago. I'll bump that up to 2 cups a day in a few more weeks, and then towards the end 3 cups a day.

My naturopath prescribed RRL for me in the first trimester for morning sickness. She said it's safe to take throughout pregnancy, but not while breastfeeding.
