It was a great birth. Some on here would probably have hated it and I ended up getting an epidural after the "cascade of interventions", but it was the right birth for me and I'm thrilled! :

In my opinion if your baby is here and you and her are fine then it was a perfect birth! She is beautifull. I want my baby now!

I do hope the itching goes away soon, it's my understanding it may take a day or two, but you can hit the heavy anti-itch stuff now.
