Isobel was 8lbs 13oz, 21.5" long at birth. At her one month checkup, she was 11lbs 2oz, 21.75".

Looks like we have some big growth spurts going on in this DDC! I don't know about everyone else's babys, but Isobel is a BOOB MONSTER! : It must be awfully tasty! The little happy sounds she makes while eating are hilarious/adorable. She does fuss at the breast sometimes, too, though.

wow!!! Big babies is right!

My little guy was 7lbs 4 oz and is about 8lbs 4 oz now. He went down quite a bit after the birth but we have been weighing him every week and he's gaining well now.

We are actually in the hospital right now but leaving today (THANK GOODNESS!). He got a fever that got high enough for our ND to send us to Chilren's Hospital. it's been a crazy 3 days here...spinal tap, blood tests, urine analysis, IV antibiotics. ALl tests have come back clean so they think it is a cold he probalby got from his big sister. Totally sucks to have had to put him through all this but better safe than sorry i guess.

Hope everyone is well...and healthy!

I guess my girl is tiny. People keep telling me that but she looks HUGE to me. She was just about a month early and weighed 5lbs. She's up to 9lbs and is 21.5 inches. (We just measured her.) She's nine weeks today! Nine weeks ago at this time my dh was driving to get our dd,6, so she could see Baby Lily. It's so hard to believe it was two months ago!

My little guys were 12 weeks on Friday (6 1/2 wks early). They were weighed and measured today and are ~10 1/2 and 11 lbs, and ~22 inches. This means that they've both nearly tripled their birth weights, and are in the 50th percentile for their chronological age. I'm so proud of them. :

i worry my baby is too small. he was 6lb 3.75oz at birth. got down to 6lb 2oz. he's 2 months old and now 8lb 13.5oz. he eats all day long and has tons of wet and dirty diapers. he's at least 21 inches long and 0-3 month clothes hang on him. he's getting too long for newborn clothes and he has a double chin (but skinnny limbs). anyone else got a bitty baby? how do you keep from worrying?

Your little guy has almost gained 3 lbs in 8 weeks. He is doing fine. I think you can google what newborns tend to gain (like an ounce a day the first month then half an ounce daily thereafter)...

My son was 8 lbs 10 oz at birth, dropped down to 7 lbs 12 oz and now at 6 weeks old he is 10 lbs 8 oz.

My baby girl is bitty. My dd1 was also bitty and she's six now and still small but perfectly healthy. I just remind myself of that.

He's fine. If he's eating, growing, meeting milestones & having enough wet diapers, he's fine.

Ds2 was about 6lb 7oz at birth and on Monday, the day before he was 9 weeks, he was 8lbs 11oz. He still barely fits in size 1 diapers. Heck, the cut out on newborn diapers has only been below his belly button for a week or 2 . Not worried at all. He's a happy, healthy little guy.

Maggie was 1 lb, 6 oz at birth (3 months early) and now, at 4 months old (1 month adjusted) she is 8 lbs, 3 oz! Yay!

I know that is she is just getting to the birth weight of many of your babies, but she has come a LONG way and we are so proud of her! :

Oh, here are some recent pictures of her I took for her baby shower invitation.

7lbs 9 oz at birth and 12lbs 7 oz at his 9 week visit. I'm sure he's grown lots since then since he's going to be 12 weeks this weekend but we don't have another appt until 17 weeks. I want to know how much he weighs though - besides renting or buying a scale does anyone know other ways to get baby weighed? I don't want to obsess about it but I'm curious and I'd love to just stop by and have his weight checked or something.
