I can't totally remember but I think someone here said alfalfa was good for swelling in pregnancy.....or am I dreaming LOL.

Yesterday my ankles swelled up (just a little). I was on me feet ALL day and it was super hot and before I went to bed I noticed they were a little swollen.

Jaclyn, Madly in with DH, Scott. Mama to Calli Elizabeth (23 months) & our new little man, Bode Keam (9 weeks).

I'm not sure about the swelling thing but I know alfalfa is in the pregnancy tea I buy so it must have some benefit. Hope you're feeling better soon! I haven't had any swelling so far but I imagine it must be pretty uncomfortable.

^Yup I did! Ooops! Sorry! I was looking for it in my ACTUAL DDC but couldn't find it. I was like WTH? I am not sure how I ended up posting it here though LOL.
