I'm re-researching vaccines now that I have some older children and I see that there is a lot of research that says that children who have received the MMR vaccine and then catch the wild virus get atypical measles and that's when you see the rates of pnuemonia, etc go up.  But I can't find anywhere that says the MMR that has the live virus in it causes this, only that the old "dead" measles vaccine caused this and this is no longer used.

Can anyone point me to some clear information about this?  Thanks!
