The new daycare provider requires a health certificate from DD's practitioner stating that she is in good health for daycare (she is). She is not fully vaccinated as we have been selective and delaying them, so I was going to submit a religious exemption form with her enrollment package. I'm in NH.
The question....will this health certificate that I have her doctor complete request the vaccinations that DD has currently had? That would really defeat the purpose of the religious exemption......kwim?
