I have with noticed several vaccines,  death, disablitly injury, or any acute complication is not an applicable vaccine reaction?

Vaccine Injury Table a

Illness, Disability, Injury or Condition Covered Time period for first symptom or manifestation of onset or of significant aggravation after vaccine administration
I. Vaccines containing tetanus toxoid (e.g., DTaP, DTP, DT, Td, TT) A.  Anaphylaxis or anaphylactic shock 1 4 hours
B.  Brachial neuritis 6 2-28 days
C.  Any acute complication or sequela (including death) of an illness, disability, injury, or condition referred to above which illness, disability, injury, or condition arose within the time period prescribed. 4 Not applicable

No. It's just that it doesn't have to occur within a specific timeframe. They'll only attribute anaphylaxis to a vaccine if it occurs within four hours (pretty reasonable given the way anaphylaxis works), and a 28 day window for brachial neuritis (also reasonable), but don't nail down a window for unexpected death. Makes it easier for any death following a vaccine to be reported, just in case they're related, since death is obviously the worst possible outcome abd we all want to make sure any vaccine-related deaths are caught.
