I have with noticed several vaccines,  death, disablitly injury, or any acute complication is not an applicable vaccine reaction?

No. It's just that it doesn't have to occur within a specific timeframe. They'll only attribute anaphylaxis to a vaccine if it occurs within four hours (pretty reasonable given the way anaphylaxis works), and a 28 day window for brachial neuritis (also reasonable), but don't nail down a window for unexpected death. Makes it easier for any death following a vaccine to be reported, just in case they're related, since death is obviously the worst possible outcome abd we all want to make sure any vaccine-related deaths are caught.
