I'm a student doing a project on vaccination programmes and want to know parent's views. I'm interested to discover worries and concerns. The questionnaire is totally anonymous and will only be used in my work.

Thank you!

As a rule, I have decided NOT to participate in these surveys from now on. At least a couple times a month someone like yourself comes on stating they are doing research and ask us to fill out questionaires.

There have been too many incidences where the person requesting information has misrepresented themselves. I don't know you, I don't know what you are studying, I don't know how you intend to use the information you gather. Perhaps more parents would be inclined to participate in your survey if you were able to answer those questions.

Done.

The question on income may be difficult for some as it may require conversion just FYI.

What Marnica said. Sorry, but you have given no identifying information about yourself, who you are working/researching for, what the purpose of the research is and what you are hoping to do with it.

Yet another questionnaire on parents' worries and concerns. makes you wonder...... Anyway, I'll pass because I don't have any worries or concerns, I have long gotten past any of those and feel totally confident in my decision not to ever vaccine my children, who incidentally are now teenagers and in perfect health, both physically and mentally.

Just an FYI for anyone wanting to play - you can do currency conversion in Google.
