If you get your flu shot too early, it can become ineffective before the flu season is over. According to a series of studies released last year, vaccinations are not lasting as long as doctors thought. After 3 or 4 months, the effectiveness of the flu shot dropped dramatically."

There is a battle of two wolves inside us.  One is good and the other is evil.  The wolf that wins is the one you feed.

 

Book and herb loving mama to 1 preteen and 2 teens (when did that happen?).  We travel, go to school, homeschool, live rurally, eat our veggies, spend too much time...

But duh, get a flu shot now and then another one in 3 months. lol
