It's a crucial book, because it also fills in some "history" that you people should know about how the "other" side (not the pro-vaccine people) work in attempting to divide and rule.

“I want to sell drugs to everyone. I want to sell drugs to healthy people. I want drugs to sell like chewing gum.” former Merck CEO, Henry Gadsden

Whooo hoo! 185 for WI. That explains why they are having mumps clinics everywhere, what a catastrophe!

Why didn't Missouri get a mention. I know of at least , a minimum of five cases in just my county.

I wasn't able to access the Missouri DOH website . . . I still can't. I quoted the states I could find with 100 cases or more. I believe the total of all states affected is 3,000+ now.

New update on these states:

Iowa: 1,808
Nebraska: 315
Illinois: 348

P.S. Caliou is on . . . and he has (Gasp!) the chicken pox! And sister Rosie got them too. No doubt they were vaxed.

There was a report on the radio about a new, faster mumps test.

We're going to my sister's school next weekend to help her move back home for the summer. It looks like there aren't any cases there, however.

(AP) Concerned by the recent mumps outbreak in the Midwest, federal health officials plan to review their advice for mumps shots.

Possible changes could include new vaccine requirements for health-care providers in the mumps-stricken areas, said Curtis Allen, spokesman for the centers' National Immunization Program. The vaccine advisory committee has a meeting set for Wednesday.
Quote:
More than 3,200 mumps cases have been reported in 12 states, mostly in the Midwest. No deaths and few hospitalizations have been reported from the current epidemic, but the numbers dwarf mumps reports from recent years.
