Is this good or bad for vaccination choice as a whole?

Good that somebody's standing up for parents' rights/ standing up to Big pHARMa, or bad that they're "closing a loophole" that currently allows many to avoid certain vaccines?

Considering most Catholic Bishops are still denying entry for unvaccinated children into its school system, at this stage of the game, it won't change the picture much.
