I am just wondering how do you know which vitamins/natural remedies to give to your children in case they get sick with one of the diseases. Do you just go by one of the great books out there or you have good doctors who you trust or what?

Just want to be prepared ahead of time (since I have a tendency to panic once something happens).

We just found a family practice Dr here that is getting natropathic training-he was glad we didnt vaccinate!!
