I'm having the same thing. I drink a moderate amount of water (people here are putting me to shame!) and I constantly have milk. I think it's because he was eating every hour for several days. My body is producing constantly now. I feel like a cow (lol in a good way)

I don't get it either!

Interesting, but at least something is helping get more milk for you!

I going get some now. I need this motivation. I am horrible. I don't even think I get in my 8 glasses a day. I am still eating alot of ice though (w/ DS I stopped as soon as he was born, but w/ this one I didn't) and I think it makes me forget about drinking a whole glass of water.

I need to drink more water, but iced coffee sounded better. Does that count or not?

I need a reminder too.

Only my supply is fine, but I seem prone to bladder infections.

I think I read that the new research is that even coffee and tea count, as well as the liquids in the foods you eat.

but, that said, I am sure i am not drinking enough b/c I'll go hours and hours and hours w/out peeing which is so not normal for me. And yeah, the headaches. But I'm trying to do better. I bought myself juice b/c I much prefer a big glass of water or sparkling water with like an inch of juice in it... goes down much quicker for me.

BUMPING!

because I still need the reminder- C finished a whole boob in about 5 mins and wanted more, finished the other side in 10 mins. No leftovers- now this is not normal for us and I realized I hadn't drank any water yesterday- supply was low.

So go drink water!

I've had a bottle of water attached to my person at all times. I ALWAYS have to have something to drink near me...this little guy requires so much milk that low supply is not an option!

WATER!!!

ha! I drink so much water, I feel preggo still sometimes! I wonder how the increase in water is helping my milk supply when I pee so much of it out!!!
