I've a blog, too. Haven't updated it in a while though. Too busy. I'm considering starting again though; I think it would be good for me to chronicle my life right now.

We'll be starting a blog for DS soon, but we'd like to restrict access to friends and family and keep it independent of our blogging identities. This will require the energy to do some research, so it'll be another few days.

Working Mom to DS1 (05/09) and DS2 (08/11).

Great blog!!!! DD1 had HORRIBLE side effects from the first few vaccines when she was a babe so we stopped getting them. The docs we ran into harassed and belittled us for our decision but we finally found a doc that is non-vax friendly. He asked us why we made that decision and then asked us if dd1 has an allergy to metals. Does she get a rash wearing jeans? (the buttons) She doesnt but I had never heard that theory, that some kids have reactions because they are allergic to something other than the actual vax and that it might not be the vax them selves that kids react to.

The Vax thing on your blog reminded me of that conversation with the doc and how I learned something new!

I saw the blog about the camera not capturing the pic. Is it digital? Try holding down the button halfway, waiting for the perfect smile and then pressing the button! I think the halfway is for focus, but I use it to wait for the prefect pic so theres no delay.

Okay so now I'm on facebook as I didn't want to leave all of you! I'm so glad it has all the privacy stuff to keep your personal info private...didn' tknow that's how it worked! So I deleted my twitter account...as a mom you can't do everything!!! I think I'll stick to learning facebook before I decide to blog.

Gnatty, I'm also bookmarking the link about how to make tile coasters. That looks so fun and easy!

Re: getting a Babyhawk, I would love to have one but it's not in the budget right now. I'm eyeing mei tais on Etsy for less than half the price...I might end up with one of those. But we just found out the other day it'll be $1000 to fix the a/c in DH's car, so I'll be cutting back on my (already frugal) spending for a while.
I made my mei tai- a bit time consuming but not that hard if you sew.

Christian wife, busy happy mama to 4yo DS, 3yo DD, 15mo DS, and #4, expected next spring!
