My name is Beth, I am a newlywed in Southern Arizona. My husband and I have been trying to conceive since August'11 and have had nothing but BFN. I have endometriosis, which seems to be making this even more complicated!! I started charting, and using OTK.

I joined this site to hopefully gain support and an understanding of whats best to do, amongst other topics from successful pregnancies. Currently I am 4 DPO, my period is due in 10 days, I am over emotional, my boobs hurt, my face is breaking out way worse than usual, and I'm so bloated I look pregnant, Im afraid I wont be having a BFP this month! But, to help my odds for next month I would really appreciate any and all advice!

-I am in the process of quitting smoking,

-My husband and I have sex about 4-5 times a week during ovulation, 1-2 times during the rest of the month.

-I do not drink alcohol or use recreactional drugs

-I lay flat with my hips at an approx. 45 degree angle after sex, reguardless if I'm ovulating.

-I am a healthy, 5'5'', 118lb woman, I work out M-TH,and I eat relaively healthy, I eat all food groups, we just happen to like Burger King late at night!

-I have a history of breast and cervical cancer, and cronic abdominal pain- I have made full recoveries from them all.

-Currently I have endometriosis and moderate displasia, I am on no medications, though every morning I do take a Zertec (over the counter allergy medicine)

I appreciate any and all help! Thank you so much!

♥Beth

Hi :-) Good luck to you this cycle!

I suffer from Stage 4 Endo, so I know a little bit about what that's like. I actually had a lap for my endo and went on Lupron for 6 months (don't recommend it). It took us about 2 years overall to conceive DS, but really...it was about 10 months of true charting/cycle timing and actual ovulation.

Feel free to msg me if you have other questions about dealing with endo. It's super fun, right?

Hi, and welcome!  Good luck with this cycle.

If it sounds like it might be useful, check out the Trying to Conceive forum.  Lots of folks over there are going through the same thing.
