Hello all!
My name is Sammi and I am 24 years old. I found out we were pregnant on Thanksgiving Day. My boyfriend has a child with his ex-wife, but I don't have any until now. I work the renaissance faire circuit full time, and while I know plenty of people who have children on the road, we are still nervous. I am open to any advice and/or words of encouragement!

I am the mother of 10, and I have lived full time on the road as well, #5 was born in someone else's home due to the fact that we did not have an RV or any other accommodations .

Get the book Spiritual Midwifery and her other book, once you read about all the women who have done this before...it helps alleviate the fear of being different.

My home birth was perfect, and i would love to share any insights if you so need them!

Follow our family blog. Good luck and Congratulations

Dee

Thanks so much for responding! I will absolutely. How did you cope with having a midwife and traveling? I am headed to your blog now!
