Life as African American male has been tough not saying it has not been for others. I was raised with family values and wanted to instill them into my children but that was not allowed after I divorced my first wife. I payed child support and visited them whenever I was allowed.
I have been retired for 25 years and 4 months I'm now 62 and tired of playing head games with my ex 's who have trained my children in the art of manipulation and the grandchildren.
They walk on the wild side and are savage in nature and I see them as predators waiting to pounce. I'm getting up in age and ridding my self of negative forces.
I have joined the community to get other points of view on this subject. I love them but also fear them!
The violent music they listen to and their disrespectful attitude and slothful ways make me think there is no way of rehabilitating them by talking to them.
As my mom would say about the cowboys that would ride all day and not dismount their horse till night when they got to town to get drunk. They are to trifling to poor the piss out of their boots that had ran down their legs while riding all day!
