Relocating and Worried about Natural Birth Options!

Hello - My name is Cassie and I currently live in Chicago, IL. Joined Mothering.com because I was led to a blog (written in 2010!!!) that mentioned it as a resource as I was searching online for a midwife in Springfield, IL.

I'm 27 weeks pregnant with my second child and had a great experience with my midwife group during my first pregnancy (as well as my second, which was a miscarriage, and so far during my third).

I don't know much about the Springfield area, but my biggest anxiety about moving is finding quality, naturally-minded care. I've found one CNM, who sounds promising. There are a million OBGYN, but I can't even talk to them or find out about their beliefs (all the office cares about is matching me with someone who is accepting new patients and accepts my insurance).

I already posted in the local forum for Illinois, but any input would be appreciated (I found the one CNM through midwife.org and not sure if any others exist).
