Just found this place tonight and thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm 32, and have one child, a 3 yr old daughter who is constantly amazing me.
I am gaining confidence as a mother and am learning to trust my own instincts.
When I had Punkin, I wanted to use cloth diapers instead of disposable ones. I allowed myself to be talked out of it; I was convinced by my mother-in-law that it would be too difficult for me.
Ironically, I allowed myself to be talked INTO breastfeeding, and I feel that is the best decision I ever made.
I'm learning as I go. Sometimes that frightens me, but I figure some effort is better than no effort at all. Slowly my home is becoming more eco-friendly and safer for my daughter. Little things I do...like using vinegar to clean and disinfect instead of bleach, because it's safer.
I know I'm rambling, but I wanted to give a quick intro.
I look forward to meeting everyone.
