A family I occasionally babysit for is considering hiring a full time nanny. We have a meeting Thursday evening to discuss whether or not this position would work for me.
The children are 3 year old triplets. They previously had them in a Montessori preschool but have pulled them out because of them constantly being sick. They still want them to have educational activities, and I would love to do 'preschool' with them...nothing terribly structured (and I don't think Montessori is that structured from my research any way.) I am unsure whether or not they were happy with the curriculum, so I need to be prepared to present to them both a similar 'curriculum' as well as something different.
Does anyone have any suggestions on resources I could use? I know the moms do want them to have consistent learning every day. I also hope to take them on various field trips and play dates if I get/take the job.
Being that I like schedules and lists, is there a specific program (for lack of a better word) that would be good for 3 year olds who are used to Montessori school?
