Wow! Have you seen the site Sparkle Box for printable resources? I spent more time than I should poking around there today......and then I discovered that there is a Sparkle Box 2 for slightly older kids. I had to run right here (and to the WTM boards, in case you're wondering why this post looks familiar) and share. Now I'm off to print out the World Rivers Scrapbook.

Enjoy!

Jessica, wife of Marc and Momma to Nikolai (10) and Nathaniel (9) and Olivia (3).

I'm glad the link is useful for so many people. As for me, I need to go buy more ink!

Thanks so much for posting this link; it's the first I've ever seen of Sparklebox, and I love it! Such fantastic ideas and resources - I can hardly wait to try them out on the kids.

I too have printer ink on my shopping list now!

No freakin' way! Of all the languages they could have, they have Welsh!! My grandmother is Welsh. I don't remember a lot of what she taught me before I started school, but I remember a little. She'll be so excited if I can get the kids interested in learning some Welsh. And I'd love to see what comes back to me.

How randomly awesome!

Isn't it cool!? What a neat thing it would be for great-grandma to share with the kids. I wish my grandma's spoke a foreign language.

I'm saving my money for a laser printer so I don't go broke.

I want a laser printer one day, but am happy with my inkjet copy/scan/fax/print one at the moment. Maybe one day I'll get the laser printer though.................
