I'm so frustrated!!

My son really likes the Hightlights Top Secret. For those of you who don't know what it is, it's a series of puzzle books, teaching about different countries (26 total, I think). We signed him up in Aug. or Sept. of last year. He got two shipments of 2 countries each. He devoured them. Then they stopped sending them. Many phone calls later, we learned that one of the next countries was out of print, so they had to wait on that, and then start shipments again. We were told that he'd get his next shipment in December, but that didn't come. Then we were told early January. Given where we live, we gave it until mid-January. Called, and for some reason they hadn't sent anything and weren't planning on sending anything. No one could tell us what happened, but we were signed up again. They sent a shipment of only one country, and it was one that he already had. So I called again, and they were going to fix this (AGAIN). So I get an email today, and they've shipped out two countries. ONLY THEY ARE TWO OF THE FOUR THAT MY SON ALREADY GOT! And yes, they have a list of which countries he has (both in their computer and from me, more than once).

I would like to just cancel and stop this madness. They just so obviously don't have their act together. Is there something else out there that is similar that we could subscribe to/buy for our son?

TIA

Sorry to hear about the all the trouble you've been having! Its very disappointing, especially since Highlights has been in this business for a really long time you'd think they'd have their own act together.

I found this a few months ago, haven't used it ourselves yet but do plan to try it out maybe over the summer for something fun to do all month.

That looks really neat!

To the OP, I haven't had much luck with the Highlights company in the past either. I hope it works out.
