I got a used Beleduc puzzle and it rocks! It does show the boy part on ours. There is also a girl puzzle, a pregnant mother puzzle, and I think they make some nature ones, like a flower. The layers are so cool in these puzzles. It is easy for my 5 year old, but I suppose could be a challenge for very young ones.
We haven't started our human body studies yet, but I want to very soon as we have Body Worlds coming to the Denver museum soon. So I've been gathering resources over the year, but just now really making sure we have everything ready.
The DK Human Body Encyclopedia
is great, people had mentioned it. Magic School Bus is always a fun choice. I found a very simple human body anatomy coloring book - My First Human Body Book
is always helpful for this kind of stuff. My subscription ran out, but I still find it helpful. This page looks helpful for free printouts and coloring pages
We also just picked up this - Smart Lab You Explore It Human Body
I have more indepth body books in my cart, but since we haven't gotten them yet, I can't say much about them. But I got some more great ideas from everyone, thanks!
