Does anyone use or have used math u see math program for elementary years and feel there might be learning gaps?  Or do you feel it is a solid program?

We just started on math u see this year and so far it is pretty good.  I don't follow the program strictly and definitely add in my own material when I can (rounding, fractions, time, measurement) but it seems to be a solid start.

We have used MUS from the very beginning.  My oldest is now in Geometry and doing fine.  He's beyond me now so I told him it's between him, Mr. Demme, his dad, and a friend's husband who is a high school math teacher.  I'm happy to be at this point where I can be done guiding him.  He's done the IOWA testing every other year since 4th grade and has done fine on the math section.  We are fans of MUS and plan to stick to it through the end.
