What is the C above "middle C" called? Is there a special term for it?

Nope, just "C above middle C".

The C above that is sometimes referred to (in vocal circles, at least) as "high C".

OK, I have another question. I want to print out sheets with a staff and a single musical note on each page for a game. Does anyone know of a downloadable font (or something) that will allow me to do this?

Oh, that's cool... I've never heard that. Does that mean the one below middle C is bass C? Because if so, then I think we should re-name middle C "alto C".
