I just uploaded a Halloween Lapbook onto my website. I haven't had a chance for anyone to test out my folding instructions so hopefully everything makes sense! LOL

That is unbelievable awesome! Thank-you - I have been looking for a mini-unit study on Halloween to go over with the kids how different cultures/regions celebrate Halloween. This is perfect!

Thank you, this looks like so much fun.

As a Washington state native, i just want to point out on page 2 that the town in Washington is spelled wrong. It is Puyallup, Washington. It is pronounced "p-you-al-up"

We will get started on this next week.

We finished these this weekend and the kids had a wonderful time. We have wanted to do a project like this before, but the task of pulling it all together has been intimidating for me.

Does anyone know of any other units that are already put together like this one that we can work on until this Mama feels like she is ready to tackle the job of creating one from scratch? My kids are in 3rd and 4th grades and I also have a preschooler who loves to do "schoolwork" just like the other two.

Thanks

Hands of a Child gives away a lapbook every quarter and Homeschool Estore gives away something every week, many times it is a lapbook. Live n Learn Press also has some freebies if you join their yahoo group. And Knowledge Box has one or two freebies.

I just made these today for co-op tomorrow! The recipe isn't too bad. I added some cinnamon and nutmeg also!

I am glad everyone enjoyed it!
