I don't know what the correct term is for these. But my dd loves them! They are worksheets that have designs made with pattern block shapes. She loves to get her pattern blocks out and place them onto the template design (she creates her own patterns as well, but I digress...).

We only have a couple of these from our Saxon book and she is thirsty for more! Can anyone point us in the right direction? I've been googling all day...

Thanks!

OK, I found ONE after searching all day. http://www.uen.org/Lessonplan/preview.cgi?LPid=18826 go down to "Pattern Blocks Activity Cards" and there are 8 pages of them. But I'd still like more resources if anyone has them!

Learning Resources has a book, Puzzles for Pattern Blocks: Pattern Animals. I purchased it through Rainbow Resource. I photocopied them onto cardstock and put them in a binder so they would be more user-friendly. I also found a similar book through Rainbow Resource that uses cuisinaire blocks.

I wish I knew how to do a link for you, but hope that helps anyway!

Not sure if its the same thing, but have you looked for Cuisenaire Rod books? Not sure if you're looking to try something similar but different, my son definately likes them.

They are usually called Tanagrams, and can be purchased in sets, as well as cool story books out there to tell stories that go with them (all add the titles later when I find them).

Melissa and Doug sell 2 sets of shapes with pages. One wood, one plastic and magnetic.

Also, here are just the pages http://www.discountschoolsupply.com/...0&category=837

Also, if you google Tanagrams, there are about a dozen websites that come up where you can play with them online! Here's one:
