I think we're going to the Blues Festival. What's everyone else doing?

We're doing alright. I'm trying to get myself motivated enough to go buy some fireworks. It's been a lazy weekend here. My neighbor told me about the pool and the kids keep begging me to go. I need to look it up and find out the hours/cost still.

We are going to brave going to Fort Vancourver. I love big fireworks shows and am willing to fight traffic etc to go. This is one of the holidays that I get homesick around. It was always a very big deal for our family. Huge BBQ get togethers and campouts every year, and lots of cousins to play with. Being up here without family and no kiddos for my kids to run rampant with sort bums me out. So big crowds are the next best thing!

Blessings,
N~

I thought about Fort Vancouver, I love it there, but dh doesn't get off work until 6pm, which means after changing and stuff we won't get out of the house until 7pm, and I don't want to search for parking that late in the evening out there.
