My Dp's a sous chef. I feel like we haven't seen him in a week! He does side jobs (painting, etc) during the day & goes in at 5pm & doesn't get home until at least 11pm, sometimes midnight. We see him for about 20 minutes in the AM & that's about it, except for the 2 days off per week, one of which he usually does some side work, sigh.
He can whip up anything in no time & it tastes incredible (he's been a chef for 17 yrs.) What a mess he is though!!!! I think he's used to having the dish washer & kitchen staff clean up after him, but the kitchen looks like a tornado blew through by the time he's done - LOL!
