I'm learning about my local SCA group. I'm really excited about it, and I was wondering if there were any other subjects of the Kingdom of An Tir out there.

Hi Leetah,
I'm curious about SCA and I believe we're in the same region. In fact, we *may* be in the same Yahoo group (SHS). My boys are a little young, but I hope to find out more about our local SCA kingdom.

Yep, that's me. Nice seeing you today at Mobius. Here's some links to get you started.

The Barony where we live (Spokane area)

I spoke with a couple SCA members who were doing a demo at First Night Spokane and am now very interested in Sca. They said that there are a lot of children, many grow up in SCA society. I think it will be a great learning experience to live history.

This stuff is so cool. When I lived in Charleston, I knew a lot of members, some of whom were VERY into this. I have only been here about a year so I don't know anyone here yet.

Hi, Outlander here!
There's an SCA thread in the finding your tribe section of the boards. (well, it started out as a renn faire thread, but some SCA people joined in). I'll go grab the link and post it here!

We do some SCA events. I would love to get to know some of the local Portland area people if there are any on here. I have gone to events in the past with my SIL from Roseburg.

Really? That would be cool if you posted a link, I can't ever find anything on these boards, I'm on dial up!
