We're going to MN in the summer and last time we were there relied on Target for organic food (and they don't have that great of a selection.
Any stores in the above-mentioned areas?

Thanks!

Valley Natural is good.

I've also found that Cub Foods has a much better selection of Organic/natural foods than does Target, especially in Apple Valley.

Nope, anyone can shop there, it looks like a regular health food store. Members get special discounts.

The newspaper ranked SuperTarget as having the best prices on organics. FYI
I am not so impressed with the selection at the Rainbow in Lakeville. They hardly have anything!

Personally I think both Cub and Rainbow stink for fresh organic produce. They do have a pretty good selection of organic non-perishables and a fairly good selection of egg, dairy, and frozen (Cub not so much maybe, I normally shop Rainbow).

Unfortunately, the Kowalski's in Lakeville closed, they weren't getting enough business because there's too many Cubs and Rainbows around here.

Your best bet for fresh and variety of course, is the co-op in Burnsville.
