Wow! jennica, that is amazing. I totally experienced every single step in that recovery process with both of my births...except the lst step with my ds2. I am still fearful of another birth, and I'm not quite processing what happened.

I find myself avoiding thinking of it.....

Yes, the birth mourning process is great. I think the author adapted those from the stages of grief. I find them to be really accurate in relation to birth trauma recovery. And yes, sometimes I think it takes a while to work through certain stages.
