Hi,

I have heared so much about evening primrose oil to take at the end of the pregnency to ripen the cervix, etc. I also heared it would help loosen up scar tissue. I had my c-section 2 months ago and was wondering if it would be ok to take it to reduce the amount of scar tissue or prevent adhesions from building up? I am breastfeeding also, is it ok to take it while breastfeeing?

I have some pulling on my upper right side inside which make me wonder, I know its been only 9 weeks but I realy do not want to be opend up again to see if I realy do have an adhesion there just to cause me any more troubles.

I realy had a hard time finding stuff on the internet about that.
