I broke my tailbone in labor 6 months ago. It still hurts; sometimes it "pops" when I get out of a chair wrong or have been in a car for too long. My MW said that there's no treatment but time. I tried a chiropractor but it didn't help....any suggestions or been-theres?

My mother suffered a broken tailbone (not from childbirth). It took over a year for her to feel better. I had some tailbone pain after my DD1 birth, and what helped me the most was exercise. I did pilaties for core strength, and yoga for posture awareness, particularly when sitting. Hope you feel better soon.
