report card! WTH? You've got to be kidding me. I thought I was hearing things. What purpose will this serve exactly? This is wrong on so many levels. Can we please focus on legislature that MATTERS PLEASE?

huh?

Is this Body Mass Index?

I know obesity amoung school children is an issue in Texas, but that sounds a bit odd...

Perhaps a better place to start would be the government food programs and the food served at the schools. Yuck and nasty! Although I am not a nutritionalist, it all just seems so unhealthy! Combine better food with parent and child education on health eating - that sounds like the way to go.

Yes! Body mass index on their report cards. Wow! ITA with initiating change by starting with the crap they call food FIRST and then improving "gym" class. I remember when we actually broke a sweat during gym class...anyone else?

Some more thoughts...what about the fast food restaurants some campuses have? What about all of the vending machines with all of the sodas and snacks? This is just ass backwards if you ask me. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.
