But Penelope Anna was born on July 5th at 4:25 PM
6.3 19"

She was 3 weeks early, I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance when I woke up covered in blood. We thought my placenta abrupted, but turned out it was a subchorionic hematoma (sp?) that ruptured. My sweet girl suffered a stroke in utero and spent 10 horrible days in NICU being poked and tested and drugged. So not what I expected nor planned for. Penelope has been home for 3 weeks and is recovering nicely.

We have a Penelope, too (but she goes by Poppy)

It sounds like you got off to a challenging start but that it's been all uphill since then! Hoping things continue to go smoothly for you. Congratulations on your little girl!
