(2) Crib deaths nearly disappeared in Japan in 1975 when first inoculations were postponed until the 24th month of life.
And all throughout the article it describes that breast fed babys are at such an advantage pointing out the specific advantages as it applies to the research being described. Not sure what I think about supplimenting the baby though, I always took the approach of supplimenting myself, or making sure my diet was as rich as it could be with a nursling. I'd rather focus on iron, zinc, and ascorbate in my diet so that the baby gets it through the milk, not that i'm religious but, "as God intended".
