I'm so bloated every day! Anyone else having this?

It's not as bad so far today. I tried to eat more protein. I think part of the problem is too many starches and not enough protein.

But I'm still having problems! Does this go away with the nausea?

Yes, bloated, nauseated, and hungry. Blech. I wake up without the bloat, and worry because I have no stomach bulge yet, then by night time I have a big, bloated bulge. It's gone again the next morning.

I was terribly bloated too--just feeling like nothing was digesting! What has helped me immensely is taking daily probiotics (Udo's Adult formula) and papaya enzymes after each meal.

Good luck!

I am so bloated that the only relief is provided by my maternity pants, which I bought WAY early (and optimistically), thinking I wouldn't need them until at least 12 weeks.

Sheesh. At 8, they are almost falling off me in the morning, but fit me perfectly by the bloat-tastic evening.
