I'm 9 weeks and just started having awful lower back pain. It's not like crampy feeling, it's more like spasm-y feeling. I didn't have this with my first. Googling says it's normal, or it's not, like everything else. Anyone else have early back pain? Remedies or suggestions for easing the pain?

I'm having the same thing and I think it is totally normal. I'm planning to get going on the massage therapy and chiro asap!

I just logged on to post the same message. I am almost 9 weeks and my lower back is killing me. I am going to pre natal yoga tonight and chiro next week. I also didn't have it the first time. I am both achey and spasmy and it hurts.

I am also having lower back pain, especially after pushing the stroller or standing up for a long time. I think it's normal, I had it last time. Prenatal yoga definitely helped! Just google prenatal yoga position to relieve back pain
