Chiming in from the Oct DDC. I have my CVS scheduled for March 16. It is so good to hear it was no big deal! I'm having mine done because of a genetic mutation I have a 50% chance of passing on to my baby. It it comes up, we terminate. Not good odds, but at least we have the ability to find out earlier versus later. What kills me the most is knowing that it was decided at conception and there is nothing we can do to change it. We just have to wait 10-12 weeks to find out. My results will take 2 excruciating weeks to get back due to the specific defect we are looking for. I wish I could pay more for faster results!
NicMom, I'll be thinking positive thoughts for a healthy baby for you
