I woke up this morning feeling so much better. Last nite we went out to eat and nothing really tasted good but I forced myself to get it down. Has anyone found that eating before bed makes for less sickness in the AM? I actually ate breakfast, and I haven't felt like it at all lately. Usually I am eat, eat, eat all the time during the first trimester and gain about 10 lbs, but I've had a pitiful appetite this time around.

My nausea is worst at night, so not really? But I do have to keep food in me at all times.

Do you think it's because you're tired? I haven't felt like eating anything until like 1 or 2 in the afternoon and then I have snack at 5 or so and I'm too tired to eat after that! With my other pgs I've had to eat all the time to keep my stomach somewhat settled. Maybe I just haven't gotten to that bit yet. It's still early.

I just have that gnawing nausea, the kind you get when you are SUPER hungry and then go to the buffet and make them wish they had charged you $100. I eat, feel better for about 20 mins, and then feel like doo doo again. But, I'm so neurotic about checking symptoms, I'm just glad that the full on stuff is still sticking around.

I say: Do what feels good. It's my philosophy in life LOL
